When you make a booking or a purchase with us you agree with the general terms and conditions, cancellation policy and payment methods, for each of the vehicles you are renting, as state

E-scooter / E-bike

Article 1 – Terms of use
The driver is responsible to use and drive the vehicle according to the basic rules of our company and circulation. It is the driver’s responsibility to use the vehicle according his driving skills. It is possible to circulate for 50 kilometers with a fully chargé battery, and the top speed is 25 km/h.
The client receives the vehicle in perfect working condition, tires and accessories and promises to keep and drive the vehicle responsibly. The E-scooter / E-bike can’t be driven outside of the city of Prague. The vehicle can be driven only by the person/s identified and accepted by Prague Rental Point in the rental Contract or/and in the extension of it.

The users:

  • Must drive on the authorized zones.
  • Must drive carefully and with attention to avoid damages to themselves or other, avoiding to put on danger the rest of the users of the street, respecting the right of way of the pedestrians and maintaining a security distance of at least 1,5 meters with them.
  • Shouldn´t exceed the speed of 10 km/h and must adapt the speed to the pedestrians on the pedestrian zones.
  • Must maintain a minimum distance of at least 1 meter with the facade of the buildings.
  • Must use the appropriate safety, protection and visibility elements, using all the necessary braking and visibility elements.
  • Must accomplish the drinking and drug laws of the general regulations of circulation.
  • Must stop driving on the places reserved for the pedestrians in the moments of high density, agglomeration or when it´s impossible to keep the 1,5 meters of distance between the vehicle and the pedestrians or when it´s impossible to drive 5 meters continuously.
  • Are not allowed to drift or misbehave while using vehicle.
  • 50€ penalty will be applied for every rule infringement. 
  • Use of the vehicle, circulation rules
  • The driver is responsible to use and drive the vehicle according to the basic rules of our company and circulation. It is the driver’s responsibility to use the vehicle according to the battery’s capacity. It is possible to circulate 25 km driving at 15-20 km/h or in between 15-20 km driving at 20-25 km/h.
  • For adults a security helmet is recommended. For kids under 16 years old helmet is a must.

Article 2 – Incidents
The driver will be held responsible for the payment of any fine/damages due to a misuse of the vehicle. A 100€ charge will be made before renting on the credit/debit card of the driver, so we can pay the fines/damages, if there are no fines/damages the money will be returned when the user comes back. In the case of the vehicle being immobilized and/or taken to a police deposit the driver will have to pay all the bills. If the total amount exceeds 200€ the user will have to pay the remaining part.

Article 3 – Insurance
With obligatory insurance the driver will be responsible to pay the damages up to a maximum of 500€. The insurance does not apply to lost or E-scooter / E-bike or flat tires.

Article 4 – Service costs
If the customer is late to return the vehicle an extra hour will be charged after 15 minutes of delay. No refund will be given for any rented items returned early. Returning the vehicle after closing hours will cost you the payment of an extra day of rental. Returning the vehicle without notifying the office more than 30 minutes after the closing time will cause your deposit to be lost and the vehicle will be report to the police as stolen.

Bike

Article – Terms of use
The driver is responsible to use and drive the vehicle according to the basic rules of our company and circulation. It is the driver’s responsibility to use the vehicle according his driving skills. 
The client receives the vehicle in perfect working condition, tires and accessories and promises to keep and drive the vehicle responsibly. The bike can’t be driven outside of the Czech rpeublic. The vehicle can be driven only by the person/s identified and accepted by Prague Rental Point in the rental Contract or/and in the extension of it.

The users:

  • Must drive on the authorized zones.
  • Must drive carefully and with attention to avoid damages to themselves or other, avoiding to put on danger the rest of the users of the street, respecting the right of way of the pedestrians and maintaining a security distance of at least 1,5 meters with them.

Returning the vehicle after closing hours will cost you the payment of an extra day of rental. Petrol Scooter

Article 1 – Terms of use
The driver is responsible to use and drive the vehicle according to the basic rules of our company and circulation. It is the driver’s responsibility to use the vehicle according to the petrol capacity. It is possible to drive for 120 kilometers with full tank, and the top speed is 90 km/h.
The client receives the vehicle in perfect working condition, tires and accessories. The Petrol scooter can’t be driven outside of the Czech republic. The vehicle can be driven only by the person/s identified and accepted by Prague rental Point in the rental Contract or/and in the extension of it, with the condition of the driver being in possession of valid driving license (with at least 2 years experience) for the country of rental and in effect and must exchange the driving license issued abroad when it is required by current legislation.

A 200€ charge will be made before renting on the credit/debit card of the driver, so we can pay the fines/damages, if there are no fines/damages the money will be returned when the user comes back. In the case of the vehicle being immobilized and/or taken to a police deposit the driver will have to pay all the bills. If the total amount exceeds 300€ the user will have to pay the remaining part.
